Roster Renovations

Alright ladies. I am back in town, but not quite home yet.

I am also on the war path, because emergency camping SUCKS ASS!!!

But anyhow, I would like to discuss this problem called "ROSTER RENOVATIONS." That's right, TCW, I said I was on the warpath, and I'm taking my wrath out on the roster. Now, don't be scurred or anything, because a lot of you probably don't matter in this instance, but the rest of the TCW roster probably does. But I am addressing everyone, so that no one is left out of the loop.

But I digress; I have been thinking that a couple of members on our roster have been giving a "less-than-stellar" performance, and I had figured that if they don't want to perform, why should I pay them, right? So, without further ado, I have come up with a couple of generic protocol that gives weight to whether a superstar stays or goes. Remember, they are listed in greatest relevance to least relevance. I suggest you pay attention.

1) Have you signed up on the forum?
2) Have you posted anything on the forum?
3) Have you posted a role-play?
4) Are you a frequent role player?
5) Are you a significant draw (i.e.; lots of entrances/fans)?
6) HAVE YOU MADE AN EFFORT?

If you can answer "Yes" to several of these questions, then most likely you are in the running to stay. Furthermore, I will be completing my list of who I wish to cut on 08/15/2010, and will be consorting with my VGMs and will effectively have it posted.

Also, my VGMs have a lot of sway in my decision. I really don't have to question their reasoning because I pretty much know why they say what they say. If you can convince my VGMs, or are already on the good side of one of them, you may be able to be saved. Lucky you, right?

I've been to see the questions that you post to the thread and all my answers were yes.
I agree with you, you mean you 're paid to staff who do not participate in the game much less in the federation.
